Before You Book
Appointments: A valid card on file is required to book. New clients must complete the consultation form before their appointment can be approved.
Payments: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards are accepted. Card payments include a 3.5% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Rescheduling Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. One reschedule is permitted. Cancelling a rescheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Late Policy: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Guests: Please attend your appointment alone. Guests and children not receiving a service are not permitted unless approved in advance.
